Ynah Ladine Ledesma, RPh, serves as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant for both Recovery Care of Columbia and Nashville Addiction Clinic, where she supports essential clinical and administrative processes that help ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and compassionate care. Her responsibilities include chart preparation, prescription validation, and compliance verification, all of which contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient safety throughout the treatment process.
Ynah earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines and is a Registered Pharmacist (RPh). She has also completed HIPAA Certification, providing her with specialized knowledge in patient privacy, healthcare compliance, and secure handling of protected health information.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Ynah chose to work in addiction treatment because she believes in supporting individuals as they overcome challenges and reclaim control of their futures.
