The Suboxone Clinic Near You No Matter Where You Live.
Recovery Care's Suboxone clinic is based in Columbia, TN. We can provide Suboxone treatment to patients living anywhere in Tennessee thanks to our coveted TennCare BeSMART certification.
How Do You Spell Suboxone, Anyway?
We've seen Suboxone clinic spelled as soboxone clinic, suboxene clinic, suboxne clinic, suboxine clinic, and many other ways. No matter how you spell Suboxone, know that it is both a life-changing and life-saving miracle drug. The Suboxone brand name is a registered trademark for the combination of buprenorphine and naloxone drugs that work in tandem to help eliminate opioid withdrawals and prevent cravings.
Just like a diabetic needs insulin to feel and operate normally, many who suffer from opioid addiction use Suboxone to feel and operate normally. Suboxone is used to transition those who are addicted to prescription pain pills, heroin, fentanyl, and other opiates and opioids. After making a brief transition from these drugs, Suboxone helps eliminate opioid withdrawal and cravings, helping the person feel normal again.
Like most drugs, there are money-saving generic versions of Suboxone available that can save someone over $300 per month who is without prescription coverage. Generic Suboxone is available as a sublingual film and a sublingual tablet. "Sublingual" simply means "dissolve under the tongue". Sublingual is the fastest and most effective way to administer Suboxone, allowing it to activate and provide substantial relief from opioid withdrawals and cravings in under twenty minutes.
One of our clinic owners noted that he transitioned from miserable opioid withdrawals and cravings to feeling almost entirely normal in less time than it took to eat a hamburger:
"January 9, 2014, is a significant date for me in many ways. I left my very first Suboxone clinic visit with little hope that my life was ever going to change. I had abused prescription pain pills for almost 14 years, had recently completed inpatient treatment, and had relapsed six times in a matter of weeks. I felt completely hopeless.
I filled my Suboxone prescription, placed a film under my tongue, and went to eat lunch at a local burger joint. I was mid-way through my meal when I noticed my legs had stopped shaking. In a matter of minutes I realized my overall physical and mantal state had completely changed. I felt normal for the first time in over 13 years.
Thanks to Suboxone, I have been clean and sober since January 9, 2014. I consider Suboxone a miracle drug. Suboxone saved my life and then allowed me to change my life. Without it, I doubt I would be alive today."

Our goal for your Suboxone treatment is to ensure that you are treated with kindness and respect while receiving the highest level of medical and therapeutic care possible. Our master's degree-level counselors do this by carefully establishing a relationship with each patient. It is only by getting to know their family dynamics, traumas, current living conditions, and unique circumstances that a truly unique treatment plan can be created.
We then provide specialized treatments, including private counseling and psychological care, as well as medication-assisted therapy using Suboxone.
Our priority is to help each patient transition from their drug of choice into a stabilized Suboxone maintenance program while providing individualized therapy programs where patients identify and resolve traumas and life events that motivate their unwanted drug use and abuse.
Though relapse is considered a part of recovery, we do everything possible to assist each patient with the tools and education needed to live a life free from repeated drug use and abuse.
Our aim is to be Tennessee's premier addiction treatment center. We want everyone in our care to feel safe, respected, cared for, and capable of successfully overcoming their opioid addiction.
We also Accept Select Commercial Insurance Plans
In addition to accepting all TennCare Medicaid insurance plans, we also accept select commercial insurance plans from Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare. Please contact us to verify your coverage at (931) 548-3062. Though we do not accept Cigna currently, we do know that Cigna often reimburses self-pay patients regularly. Cigna patients pay out-of-pocket and receive a transferrable receipt which can be turned-in to Cigna for reimbursement.
Want to know if Recovery Care accepts your insurance? Please call or text us at (931) 548-3062. Even if we don't currently accept your insurance plan, we may be able to negotiate a single-case agreement with non-network insurance companies to help cover all or part of your treatment costs.
Many commercial insurance plans now offer reimbursement for addiction treatment. You can call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask about outpatient addiction treatment coverage.
Did You Know that Insurance Typically Pays for All of Your Medication Costs?
If you have health insurance of any kind, your medications will most likely be covered all or in part. For example, TennCare patients pay $0 for treatment and $0 for their Suboxone prescription. Many commercial health insurance plans provide heavily discounted Suboxone.
No Insurance? No Problem! We Have an Affordable Option for You!
Not everyone who becomes addicted to narcotics has health insurance. Recovery Care's "Self-Pay Telemedicine Suboxone Program" makes it affordable for almost anyone struggling with opioid addiction.
You'll receive the same high-quality addiction treatment, therapies, tools & support necessary to help you overcome your opioid addiction with or without health insurance.
Our self-pay Telemedicine Suboxone Program provides payment options to fit every budget:
- Pay every four weeks $350 (saves $50 mo!)
- Or, pay every two weeks $200
Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Are you exhausted from chasing pills? Fed up with fentanyl? Done with wasting time and money just to avoid opioid withdrawals? We can help you!

We can't wait to meet you!
Suboxone is the new standard in addiction treatment, combining two potentially life-saving medications to ease the process of weaning off opiates for people addicted to these harmful substances. Suboxone is made up of two key ingredients: Buprenorphine and Naloxone.
Buprenorphine is a substance that better competes for the same access points in the brain as opiates like heroin, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, OxyContin and many other prescription pain medications. Because it successfully binds to the brain’s opioid receptors, it prevents other opiates from binding to the same place and greatly reduces cravings as well as virtually eliminating withdrawal symptoms.
Naloxone prevents misuse of Suboxone. At Columbia Suboxone Clinic, we design a personalized Suboxone treatment plan for you based on your needs. We also offer Suboxone alternatives, as well as provide access to money-saving coupons on medications to make your Suboxone treatment as affordable as possible.
Brands like Zubsolv, Alvogen, Dr. Reddy's along with generic Suboxone medications now provide nearly identical benefits as the original Suboxone sublingual films, but often at half the cost, or less.
Online medication discount coupon services like GoodRX.com can now provide the same withdrawal-eliminating benefits as Suboxone films for a fraction of the cost.
For example: The original Suboxone sublingual films typically cost $466 or more for 4 week supply. Compare that to generic Suboxone tablets that offer the same quantity and efficacy of buprenorphine and naloxone, but at a fraction of the cost.
