YOUR PRIVATE COUNSELING SESSIONS ARE INCLUDED
Suboxone medications are but one part of a great recovery program. While Suboxone virtually eliminates withdrawals and cravings, it also opens the door to private counseling and/or group counseling.
We utilize private, one-on-one counseling sessions with a Tennessee-licensed therapist holding a minimum of a master's degree. We feel only private therapy can allow someone the space, time and personal attention necessary to delve into the traumas and triggers that drive their addictive behaviors. Private therapy is also a requirement for creating a unique treatment plan for each and every patient.
Our fully-licensed counseling staff is trained and motivated to help people uncover and resolve recurrent issues so they can get back to the life they deserve. A life that is free from drug abuse and the adverse effects of opioid addiction.

Recovery Care of Columbia is based in Columbia, TN. Yet, most of our patients live elsewhere in the state.
This is possible thanks to our coveted TennCare BeSMART designation which allows us to provide Suboxone telemedicine treatment to anyone living in the state of Tennessee, regardless of their location!
Whether you choose in-person addiction treatment or online addiction treatment, the care will be the same. We follow the same policies and procedures regardless if seeing someone in our clinic or seeing them online through our unique Suboxone telemedicine platform.
We are a state licensed, TennCare BeSMART-certified addiction treatment center providing judgment-free opioid addiction treatment and drug abuse counseling. We utilize all Tennessee state guidelines for outpatient buprenorphine treatment, as well as all federal and SAMHSA guidelines and requirements.
Our online Suboxone doctors bring a combined thirty five plus years of experience to ensure your addiction treatment is the best it can possibly be. You simply won't find a more friendly, accommodating group of addiction treatment professionals more dedicated to helping you put an end to your opioid addiction once and for all.
Recovery Care is one of few BeSmart certified addiction treatment centers in Tennessee, having surpassed a level of credentialing not often found in most outpatient addiction treatment clinics. It is only through a unanimous panel vote by Wellpoint (previously AmeriGroup), Blue Care and United Healthcare that a clinic earns the coveted BeSMART designation.

Our goal for your Suboxone treatment is to make sure you are treated with kindness and respect while receiving the highest level of medical and therapeutic care possible. Our master's degree-level counselors do this by carefully establishing a relationship with each patient. It is only by getting to know their family dynamics, traumas, current living conditions and unique circumstances that a truly unique treatment plan can be created.
We then provide specialized treatments including private counseling and psychological care, as well as medication-assisted therapy using Suboxone.
Our priority is help each patient transition from their drug of choice into a stabilized Suboxone maintenance program while providing individualized therapy programs where patients identify and resolve traumas and life events that motivate their unwanted drug use and abuse.
Though relapse is considered a part of recovery, we do everything possible to assist each patient with the tools and education needed to live a life free from repeated drug use and abuse.
Our aim is to be Tennessee's premier addiction treatment center. We want everyone in our care to feel safe, respected, cared for, and capable of successfully overcoming their opioid addiction.
We also Accept Select Commercial Insurance Plans
In addition to accepting all TennCare Medicaid insurance plans, we also accept select commercial insurance plans from Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare. Please contact us to verify your coverage at (931) 548-3062. Though we do not accept Cigna currently, we do know that Cigna often reimburses self-pay patients regularly. Cigna patients pay out-of-pocket and receive a transferrable receipt which can be turned-in to Cigna for reimbursement.
Want to know if Recovery Care accepts your insurance? Please call or text us at (931) 548-3062. Even if we don't currently accept your insurance plan we may be able to negotiate a single-case agreement with non-network insurance companies to help cover all or part of your treatment costs.

Did You Know that Insurance Typically Pays for All of Your Medication Costs?
If you have health insurance of any kind, your medications will most likely be covered all or in part. For example, TennCare patients pay $0 for treatment and $0 for their Suboxone prescription. Many commercial health insurance plans provide heavily discounted Suboxone.

Suboxone is the new standard in addiction treatment, combining two potentially life-saving medications to ease the process of weaning off opiates for people addicted to these harmful substances. Suboxone is made up of two key ingredients: Buprenorphine and Naloxone.
Buprenorphine is a substance that better competes for the same access points in the brain as opiates like heroin, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, OxyContin and many other prescription pain medications. Because it successfully binds to the brain’s opioid receptors, it prevents other opiates from binding to the same place and greatly reduces cravings as well as virtually eliminating withdrawal symptoms.
Naloxone prevents misuse of Suboxone. At Columbia Suboxone Clinic, we design a personalized Suboxone treatment plan for you based on your needs. We also offer Suboxone alternatives, as well as provide access to money-saving coupons on medications to make your Suboxone treatment as affordable as possible.
Brands like Zubsolv, Alvogen, Dr. Reddy's along with generic Suboxone medications now provide nearly identical benefits as the original Suboxone sublingual films, but often at half the cost, or less.
Online medication discount coupon services like GoodRX.com can now provide the same withdrawal-eliminating benefits as Suboxone films for a fraction of the cost.
For example: The original Suboxone sublingual films typically cost $466 or more for 4 week supply. Compare that to generic Suboxone tablets that offer the same quantity and efficacy of buprenorphine and naloxone, but at a fraction of the cost.
