Same-Day Suboxone Telemedicine Appointments Accepting TennCare and All Major Insurance

We offer same-day appointments most weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (CST), on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your intake documents before 12:00 Noon (CST) increases the likelihood of being scheduled the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

Intake packets received after noon are typically scheduled for the following business day.

2. Can I really start treatment the same day?

Yes. Many patients are seen the same day if they complete registration early. Most patients are scheduled within one business day and can begin treatment quickly through telemedicine.


3. Do I need insurance to begin treatment?

No. You can start treatment using TennCare, commercial insurance, or self-pay.  Recovery Care of Columbia also offers a Sliding Scale Program. Our goal is to make care accessible regardless of your financial or insurance situation.


4. How do I know which registration option to choose?

5. How quickly will someone contact me after I register?

In most cases, our team reaches out within two to three hours. We prioritize new patient requests to help you start treatment as quickly as possible.


6. Do I have to visit a clinic in person?

No. All appointments are 100% virtual. You can complete all of your visits from home using your phone, tablet, or computer anywhere in Tennessee.


7. Will I receive a Suboxone prescription the same day?

If you are clinically appropriate for treatment, most patients receive a prescription the same day as their appointment. Timing may depend on pharmacy availability.


8. Is Suboxone treatment private and confidential?

Yes. All appointments are secure and HIPAA-compliant. Your personal health information and treatment details are kept completely confidential.


9. What happens after I complete my registration?

After submitting your registration, our team will:

11. Can I switch from another Suboxone provider?

Yes. Many patients transfer their care to Recovery Care of Columbia. If you’ve recently received treatment or medication, we’ll help coordinate everything to ensure a smooth and safe transition.


12. What if I recently moved to Tennessee and do not have a TN drivers license?

A valid (non-expired) drivers license or government-issued photo ID from any U.S. state is acceptable for registration. You’ll need to provide a photocopy of your photo ID when registering for virtual Suboxone treatment.
