Julie Mahinay, Executive Assistant | Recovery Care of Columbia

Julie Mahinay, CHRA, serves as Executive Assistant to Drew Bourke, President and Co-Owner of Recovery Care of Columbia. A Certified Healthcare Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and HIPAA certification, Julie provides direct executive, administrative, and operational support.

In her role, Julie assists with communications, scheduling, projects, research, technology, and the coordination of day-to-day priorities across the organizations. By managing important details behind the scenes, she helps ensure projects continue moving forward while allowing executive leadership to remain focused on strategic growth and key business decisions.

Julie takes a proactive approach to her work, with an emphasis on anticipating needs before they become obstacles. She values organization, efficiency, clear communication, and continually learning new skills that can improve processes and support the clinics’ operations.

Fun Fact:
Outside of work, Julie enjoys playing mobile games, including Mobile Legends and Call of Duty. She also enjoys documentaries and prefers them over fictional movies.
