Rhina Danica Pontevedra, RPh, is a Healthcare Virtual Assistant supporting both Recovery Care of Columbia and Nashville Addiction Clinic. With a background in pharmacy and healthcare administration, Rhina assists with administrative tasks and personal assistant support while helping maintain a patient-centered experience across both clinics.
Rhina earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from St. Dominic College of Asia in Bacoor, Cavite, completing her studies from 2019 to 2024. She is also trained in healthcare virtual assistance and compliance, with certifications including HIPAA Compliance for Healthcare Virtual Assistants, HelloRache Virtual Healthcare Assistant Certification, and TESDA NCIII Certification in Pharmacy Services.
Her professional interests include administrative healthcare support, patient privacy, comfort, and compassionate care. Rhina chose this field because she values care environments that prioritize not only treatment, but also long-term wellness, dignity, and support for each patient.
