Same-Day Appointments

We offer same-day appointments most weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (CST), on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your intake documents before 12:00 Noon (CST) increases the likelihood of being scheduled the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

Intake packets received after noon are typically scheduled for the following business day. Most patients are seen within 24 hours.

What to Expect as a Self-Pay Patient

  2. Perform a Brief Phone Interview
    A customer care specialist will contact you for a brief phone interview, explaining the details of our virtual addiction treatment program using Suboxone medications. You’ll be given the earliest available appointment, often on the same day you register.

  3. Connect With Us in the Spruce Health Mobile App
    Our customer care team will ensure you’re connected to us in Spruce and ready for your first appointment.

  4. Check In for Your Appointment
    You’ll message us in Spruce at appointment time to let us know you’re ready. You’ll then perform two video visits: One with a counselor and one with a medical provider. Immediately following your appointment, your Suboxone prescription will be sent to your chosen pharmacy or mailed overnight delivery.
