Ashley MFebruary 28, 2025Drew, Dr. Pinyard and their team have been wonderful to me for over a year now. They tell it to you straight and are also kind and cooperative. They have given me several chances to get clean from opioids among other substances and have been more helpful than anything or anyone. I pray and hope this is my final time coming back to the clinic and with their help and support I will stay and follow all instructions. Thank you team if you read this! Also they accept Bluecare. Very helpful.

Owen StaggsNovember 14, 2023Dr Pinyard and staff are the future of not just addiction medicine, but finally changing the opioid crisis in America. For too long the Trillion dollar companies, their lobbyists, and our government have fed this problem. I myself am testament that I never knew that over 90% of the rest of the world don't even utilize opioids, not even for surgery. The generic and main ingredient of Suboxone is actually a better pain treatment option than any opioid available. That doesn't mean you'll get the high of a fentanyl, oxycodone or the other opioids, but if you can get absolute pain relief without the addiction, side effects, mood swings, embarrassment or shame at pharmacies, or battling for your medicines with your Dr. because they themselves don't want to prescribe the meds and get yelled at or their safety jeopardized multiple times EVERY single day by people addicted to the medicines they prescribed them....why wouldn't you? Again, it's the lack of knowledge and that is going to change thanks to Dr. Pinyard and his staff. I just underwent my 3 led surgery of 2023. This time a complete restructuring of the shoulder and I'm on day 5 post operation and I haven't taken a single opioid. Through the knowledge and plan Dr Pinyard put together I have been comfortable, able to rest, without any ups and downs and remained coherent throughout. Absolutely opposite of the first shoulder surgery which was much less intense, or the spinal fusion in July. My surgeon scoffed at the idea and even told me good luck he will hear from me post surgery begging for pain meds, WRONG. Now they want to know more and my spouse who works for another surgeon that major corporate setting's own words, "we want to prescribe 3 days of post ops meds and be done with medication maintenance with surgical patients." Well here is their chance and we're going to challenge the status quo going forward and THIS is how we help patients suffering and change this pandemic.
