Fully Licensed Telehealth
Recovery Care of Columbia holds one of Tennessee’s first OBOT licenses granted for 100% virtual care. That means real Suboxone treatment with no in-person requirements. You’ll receive expert, legal care from licensed providers—entirely online. It’s a modern path to recovery that fits your life.

We proudly accept TennCare plans like BlueCare and Wellpoint, as well as most commercial insurers: Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem, Ascension, BHS, BCBS, Cigna, Oscar, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare. In 2024, Recovery Care of Columbia became the first clinic in Tennessee to be granted a fully virtual OBOT (Office-Based Outpatient Treatment) medical license.
