Therapist Job Duties: Provide one-on-one counseling to patients via telemedicine or in-person. Possible small group counseling opportunities in the near future. Help patients locate and determine causes and behaviors that drive their addiction. Discuss and potentially incorporate methods, such as 12-step programs, to help patients through their recovery. The counseling program has been developed in accordance with the state of Tennessee's Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and BeSMART program. Patient assessments and required charting will include: completing charting, treatment plans, psychosocial, and other protocols.
