Dr. Slandzicki is a board-certified family physician with over 30 years of experience in providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. He is passionate about addiction medicine and empowering his patients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

Dr. Slandzicki received his bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. He has worked in family medicine for over 30 years and served as medical director for multiple assisted living communities in Middle Tennessee.

Outside of work, Dr. Slandzicki enjoys spending time with his family and newly added grandchildren.
